Drumstick Cake
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Filling:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup icing sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 large container of Cool Whip
Toppings:
- Chopped peanuts
- Chocolate sauce
Directions:
- Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 X 13 inch pan.
- Mix all filling ingredients except for the Cool Whip (I use a hand blender to get it as smooth as possible).
- Fold in large container of Cool Whip.
- Pour over crust.
- Freeze.
- Serve frozen with chocolate sauce and chopped peanuts.
