Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

 

Filling:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip

 

Toppings:

  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chocolate sauce

 

Directions:

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 X 13 inch pan.
  2. Mix all filling ingredients except for the Cool Whip (I use a hand blender to get it as smooth as possible).
  3. Fold in large container of Cool Whip.
  4. Pour over crust.
  5. Freeze.
  6. Serve frozen with chocolate sauce and chopped peanuts.
