WOW - Women on Weights

Full body strengthening for women using the equipment you have at home: dumbbells, kettlebells, soup cans, water jugs, elastic bands – whatever you have! No fancy equipment required.

These are workouts you CAN do. Beginner – intermediate level.

Classes are 30 minute full-body workouts designed to strengthen your bones, muscles and connective tissue.
