Because You Can STRONG is comprised of in-person group classes and live Zoom strength training workouts. The in-person group classes are held at 2110 Fitness in Calgary.  We have access to a full array of equipment. The Zoom workouts use minimal equipment that most people have at home (resistance bands and dumbbells). The workouts are designed to promote strength in a fun and challenging manner. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular gym go-er, you will find something to suit your level. There’s no time like now to get STRONG. Because you can.

Train with me in the comfort of your home.   The level of personal attention you’ll receive with one-on-one training will get you to your goals faster. I’ll take you through everything you need to create a custom program based on your personal objectives and the equipment you have.

Sessions are 30-60 minutes, with full-body workouts designed to improve your strength, mobility, balance and range-of-motion.
