Lynne’s Yogurt Bark


  • 310g Greek yogurt
    • I have used plain and flavored (peach, mango, vanilla)
    • When using plain, you may find the bark isn’t sweet enough – consider adding a bit of sweetener like maple syrup or stevia – optional to taste
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 chocolate chips (I use stevia sweetened Krisda chips)
  • Sprinkle Kosher salt



  1. Mix all ingredients except salt
  2. Spread on parchment paper on cookie sheet
  3. Sprinkle salt sparingly
  4. Freeze
  5. Break into pieces and place in bag/container and freeze again
